What to Know About Tony’s Town Square Restaurant at Magic Kingdom Park

Time to dine at one of Magic Kingdom Park’s most underrated table-service restaurants, known as Tony’s Town Square Restaurant. But, before making those dining reservations, here’s what to know first about Tony’s.

Tony’s Town Square Restaurant

Tony’s Town Square Restaurant is a dining establishment located in the Magic Kingdom theme park at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. The Disney restaurant, near Town Square Theater and Mickey Mouse’s meet and greet, is themed after the classic Disney animated film Lady and the Tramp (1955) and is named after the Italian restaurant in the movie where Lady and Tramp share a romantic spaghetti dinner.

The interior of Tony’s Town Square Restaurant is designed to resemble a classic Italian eatery, with checkered floors, red and white tablecloths, and vintage photos and memorabilia on the walls. There is both indoor and outdoor seating available, and the outdoor patio overlooks the Town Square area of the Park, making it a great spot for people-watching.

The View

While the restaurant is perfect for people-watching over Main Street, U.S.A., when dining outside, keep in mind there are obstructed views when it comes to dining during one of Magic Kingdom’s parades. Additionally, Guests are not able to see fireworks or Cinderella Castle from this location.

The table service restaurant serves classic Italian dishes such as pasta, pizza, and salads, as well as some American options like burgers and sandwiches. The menu features a variety of appetizers, entrees, and desserts, and there are also options for children.

Drink Menu

Additionally, Tony’s serves alcohol, even though Magic Kingdom was a once dry Park. Alcoholic beverage options include wine, beer, and specialty cocktails such as the Little Italy Cocktail (whiskey) and the Limoncello Sidecar.

Reservations are recommended, especially during peak times. Guests will want to make reservations 60 days in advance. Additionally, Disney Park Guests may find the opportunity to use the Walk-Up Wait List service within the My Disney Experience App for last-minute dining selections at Tony’s.

Walt Disney World’s walk-up wait list for dining is a feature that allows Guests to add themselves to a waitlist for a table at select restaurants, even if they don’t have a reservation. This feature is available through the My Disney Experience app. Tony’s Town Square Restaurant is regularly available on this walk-up waitlist.
